Do I have to buy a car from you?
No. Plenty of people sell us a car and walk out. If you do want one of ours, the offer can go toward it as your down payment.
What if I still owe money on it?
Bring the loan details. We pay the lender off directly. If our offer is more than the payoff, the difference is yours; if it is less, you cover the gap when we do the paperwork.
How can you make an offer from photos?
Year, make, model, mileage, condition and a few clear photos tell us most of what we need, so we text you a number from those. We confirm it when you bring the car in and we look it over.
How fast will I hear back?
We reply within the hour during store hours (Mon–Sun 10am–6pm).
What do you buy?
Daily drivers people actually want: sedans, SUVs, trucks and hatchbacks, any make. Not sure yours fits? Send it anyway and we will tell you straight.
What should I bring?
The title, or the loan information if there is a lien, plus your ID, the registration and every key you have. We handle the DMV paperwork from there.
